Seachem matrix is a high porosity biomedia providing great biofiltration to aid the removal of nitrogenous organic waste matter. Matrix media is a porous, inorganic solid of about 10mm diameter that provides both external and internal macroporous surface area to assist in the removal of nitrate, ammonia and nitrite.
